Email transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error free and information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete or contain viruses. Harrogate Caravan Park (HCP) does not accept liability for any errors or omissions in the contents of this message which arise as a result of the email transmission. We would advise that you carry out your own virus checks before opening any attachments. HCP reserves the right to monitor all email communication through its internal and external networks.

Payment in full is required before your arrival for everyone’s safety.
Unfortunately any cancellations received 7 days or less prior to your arrival date, will not be entitled to any refunds.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel your booking in the unlikely event of conditions beyond our control, and in this event, we will return the money you have paid or will offer alternative dates. We do not pay compensation.
Pitches are available from 1pm and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Should a specific pitch be required, please enquire at the time of booking. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request
We reserve the right to refuse single sex groups as well as groups aged 18 and under.
Minimum stay requirements will be applied on certain dates throughout the year, namely Bank Holidays and in high season.
Pitches are generously sized. Approximate measurements of your unit should be given when making a booking.
Electric facilities are available on all pitches, free of charge. Please note, for your safety, generators are not permitted.
All motorhomes, caravans and trailer tents brought to site, must have adequate liability insurance.
If you need to change or amend any aspect of your booking you must contact us immediately to see if we can accommodate your request.
All persons staying on or visiting the site use the facilities provided entirely at their
own risk, Harrogate Caravan Park and its’ owners cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property
We reserve the right to ask any customer and his or her party to leave the caravan park at anytime (without compensation being payable to the visitor or any member of his or her party) if it deemed necessary by Harrogate Caravan Park.
Once a booking has been confirmed, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these booking conditions and site information.
