Any additional nights must be paid for over the phone by card.
The office will remain closed during your stay – please phone if you need us.
The showers, toilet blocks and washing up facilities will remain closed during your stay.

Please do not come if you, or anyone from your household is suffering from COVID-19 symptoms.
On arrival, please collect your pitch information from outside the site office and make your way to your pitch. If you need assistance, please call us on 01423 546145.
Please follow the recommended social distance guidelines during your stay.
Please use hand sanitiser located around the site.
Please use the sanitiser spray bottles provided when collecting water, using the Elsan Point etc.
Our wardens will be happy to help, at a safe social distance.
If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 during your stay, please remain in your unit. Telephone the wardens and if you are fit to do so leave the site and return home to self isolate.

All new arrivals must report to Reception to collect your pitch details and further information on your stay with us.
Pitches are available from 1pm and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of your departure, unless otherwise arranged.
Should a specific pitch be required, please enquire at the time of booking. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Vehicles must be parked within your allocated pitch.
Driving around the Park
There is a one way system in place around the park.
Please ensure driving around the park is kept to a minimum.
Please use the roadways provided to access your pitch.
The speed limit on the park is 5mph.
Care must be taken when riding bicycles around site. Please use the roads and avoid cycling between pitches or around the facilities block.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted on site (unless arranged by Park staff for servicing requirements).
Children must not be allowed to play in or around the facilities block or in the park entrance. Children must be supervised at all times.
We ask that all holiday makers show consideration to each other and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening.
Dogs are welcome in the park, but must be kept on a lead, no more than 3 metres, long, at all times.
If possible, please do not let your dog foul on the site. Always clean up after them.
Dogs must not be left unattended on the park.
Barbecues are permitted, but must be raised above the ground or placed on suitable surfaces (ie gravel) so damage to the grass is avoided.
Open camp fires are not permitted.
The area surrounding your pitch must be kept clean and tidy at all times whilst occupying the pitch and on your departure. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided.
Toilet tents may only be erected within the confines of your pitch.
To conserve water, washing of caravans/motorhomes is prohibited.
The Management reserve the right to refuse single sex groups as well as groups aged 18 and under.

Please take care as floors may be slippery.
To keep our high standards please leave the facilities in a clean state.
Chemical toilets must only be emptied at the disposal point provided.
Pot Washing Facilities – currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions
Please keep the pot washing area clean and tidy ready for the next persons’ use.
Pot washing must only take place in the designated area, and should not take place in the shower/basin facilities.
Electric facilities are available on all pitches, free of charge. Please note, for your safety, generators are not permitted.
- Keep a torch handy for emergencies
- Caravans, tents and motor homes should carry a fire extinguisher which is positioned correctly by the entrance
- Make sure that any gas pipe connection inside your caravan is secure
- Never cook inside a tent
- Don’t smoke inside tents, or use candles
- Fit and test a smoke alarm in your caravan
- Turn off all appliances before you go out, or go to bed
- Always remove litter and rubbish from the side of your caravan or tent.
- Chinese lanterns can be dangerous and are therefore not allowed to be used on the site.
As soon as you can, once you have arrived, make yourself familiar with the site’s fire safety precautions and location of fire points.
All persons staying on or visiting the site use the facilities provided entirely at their own risk, Harrogate Caravan Park and its’ owners cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property.
Please Note: This information has been put in place for your own safety and to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable stay. Anyone causing a nuisance should be reported to reception, and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. Persons continually causing a nuisance to others will be evicted from the site without a refund.
