Famous for its independent boutiques and antiques, the Harrogate town centre has a lot to offer the discerning shopper. Take a stroll into Westminster Arcade for a slice of arts and crafts and unique shops or simply head straight down Parliament Street to explore some of Harrogate’s prime retail outlets. Opposite the cenotaph we have shopping heaven in the form of Daniel Footwear, Fattorinis the Jeweller and Debenhams.

Eating Out

If you’re staying at our Harrogate Caravan Park site then why not make the most of where you are and hop across the road to Fodder, our fabulous Yorkshire farm shop and café. Here you can savour some of the finest local produce and indulge in a delicious afternoon tea. If you’re looking for evening restaurants, there are many highly recommended options to choose from. Places To Visit

For those visiting Harrogate and looking to do a spot of sightseeing, why not head to the Valley Gardens or RHS Harlow Carr for an indulgent scenic view of some beautiful landscaped gardens.

The Turkish Baths is a famous Harrogate attraction, where visitors can relax with a sublime pampering treatment or step into the heated chambers or plunge pool for a unique experience.

As a famous spa town, the Royal Pump Room Museum has a lot of history inside, where you can find out about the strongest sulphur in Europe as well as the archaic spa treatments that were on offer back in the day!

Take a stroll out of Harrogate and visit the magical Mother Shipton’s Cave in Knaresborough. This is the oldest entrance charging tourist attraction which opened in 1630. It attracts many visitors from far and wide still to this day.
